I think that Phonetics are very important because they help you to improve your pronunciation and accent so people that speak english can understand you better.
So what i expect about the course is to improve my speaking skills so people can understand me better when i speak english. Also identify my main weaknesses in this area so i can work on them hardly.

About the study of phonetics, I think that it is very important for a well communications with other people. The blog is a very intresting tool, where we can practice, with out presencial clases.
I would like to learn more about the symbols of phonetics, because if want to know how is the sound of some word, I can read the sound in a dictionary.
My expectation is to learn more about the phonetics, and know how pronounce any word.

To be honest the study of Phonetics can be a little bit boring and complicated because of all those symbols and their meaning; but I know that they are very important. We use to have a lot of problems with the correct words pronunciation and Phonetics (if we know how to used it) can really help us.

In this course I hope that I'm going to improve my pronunciation skills by learning how to read the phonetic alphabet and practicing with the classmates.

Phonetics help us to know the pronunciation of any language, that's why it is important. If you know to read and pronunce phonetics you could learn any language by yourself. To comunicate is fundamental, so you have to comunicate well, otherwise, people won't get your idea or you will be missunderstood.

A pronciation course will help us to be more fluent.

I think that phonetics is so important when we are interesting in learn a new language, for example at professional level one of the things that is take in count for a job are yours skills when you talk.

I think phonetics it's as important as wrtting, you may have a lot of vocabulary, but a wrong pronunciation takes a lots of points!

Besides, a good pronunciation tells a lot of your of education, and your teacher, and about yourself as a student.
