Gangs are a social problem in Bogotá, are young with few opportunities to find a solution to their problems seek the formation of these groups causing insecurity and violence in cities, so it is necessary to create spaces where young people can develop their skills and productively using their spare time to artistic or sports and creating spaces for active participation in the community

I think that these people who belong to a gang are there because they grew up in a social circle where life vice and crime. Thus the form of wanting to project in life is very different from a young man who has dreams, goals and desire to overcome.

Sometime ago the issue of gangs was a problem unique to the "marginal" neighborhoods, today it´s a problem that concerns everyone. We no longer talk of gangs made by disadvantaged youth, in fact we can see new gangs of youth people from very good families, that for many reasons are dedicated to criminal actions against defenseless people, are stealing and using and saling drugs.
On the otther hand, the term gang, not only has a negative meaning, we say that a gang can be also a human group, dedicated to some characteristic activity. For example, a gang of skaters, or a graffiti gang. |

" (Spectator).
The Young persons who enter to these gangs (groups that realize criminal actions) in his great majority it is fleeing of the familiar problems, the absence of values, the scourge of the poverty, the accompaniment of the parents there are great the motives for which the young persons decide to belong to these groups. We see in them the violence, the physical, verbal mistreatment and others.
